Hotel reservation process

  1. Please inform the butler to confirm your check-in time, room type, number of rooms, number of guests, and real-time quotation.
  2. Confirm the order and provide your name, pinyin, and gender on your passport.
  3. The hotel reservation is successful, and we will provide you with a confirmation letter within 1-3 working days. After receiving the confirmation letter, full payment will be collected. If the check-in time is within the hotel's exemption period (21 days before check-in), full payment will be collected after booking. After receiving the confirmation letter, you can verify it at the hotel by email or phone with the confirmation number and list information on the confirmation letter (except for emergency bookings and room control orders)
  4. Contract signing: After verifying and confirming the accuracy of the order, both parties begin to formally sign a single entrusted service contract.
  5. Travel with peace of mind, present the hotel confirmation letter and relevant documents at the front desk for check-in.

  • Please be sure to provide personal truthful information. If you have any relevant information about the room type (such as children, elderly, non-smoking rooms, floor height, etc.) please explain in advance
  • You can check in with your personal identification number (overseas passport/domestic ID card).

Preliminary communication

Have preliminary communication with the butler to understand your travel needs and personal preferences, and determine your departure time, departure city, and budget And requirements, confirm the destination.

Pay customization fee

We provide high-quality, original, and personalized itinerary plans for customers with travel customization needs, and implement the following charging principles:

Schedule design fee charging standard (based on travel days)

1-5 days (inclusive) ¥500
6-10 days (inclusive) ¥1000
11-15 days (inclusive) ¥1500
16-20 days (inclusive) ¥2000
21 (inclusive) days or more ¥3000

Notes:

  1. 1. This design fee is applicable to personalized customized itineraries and does not include island based independent travel itineraries.
  2. 2. Before collecting fees, designers can provide clients with a preliminary itinerary overview.
  3. 3. After communicating the requirements between the design needle designer and the client, the first version of the plan will be produced within 48 hours.
  4. 4. The plan can be modified three times, with modifications referring to significant changes such as adjusting some destinations.
  5. 5. Plan content: itinerary arrangement, flight, hotel, food and activity recommendations, quotation.
  6. 6. If the itinerary is ultimately booked (including ground services), the itinerary design fee can be offset against the tour fee. If not booked with us, the itinerary design fee will be treated as a consulting service fee and will not be refunded.

Determine itinerary

After confirming the itinerary, check the flight and hotel prices, confirm the total price, individual tickets can only occupy seats, and the price is based on the time of ticket issuance.

Pay the deposit and sign the contract

We have long-term strategic partnerships with hotels and local areas. To avoid invalid order rates, we need to charge a deposit fee of 50% of the itinerary fee after determining the itinerary. At the same time, please provide your name, pinyin, and gender on your passport, and we will reserve a free flight spot for you (with a reservation period of 1 to 3 days). At the same time, both parties began to formally sign a single entrusted service contract.

Hotel confirmation and final payment

After receiving the deposit, start placing the order. After placing the order, the hotel confirmation letter will be issued within 1-3 working days. We will send you the confirmation letter as soon as we receive it. After receiving the confirmation letter, you can use the confirmation number and list information on the confirmation letter to send an email or call the hotel for verification (except for emergency bookings and room control orders). After verification, the final payment for the trip will be made 30 days before departure.

Note: Due to exchange rate issues, the final payment for USD orders needs to be made within 3 days after confirmation by the hotel

Ticket issuance

After confirmation at the hotel, we will officially issue your flight ticket. Individual tickets can be issued immediately, and once issued, they can be verified on the airline's official website. We will immediately lock your location and pay the corresponding ticket fee to the airline. The ticket will be issued within 1 to 5 days before your departure (group tickets cannot be refunded or changed)

Transaction completed

After the transaction is completed, the butler will track your preparatory work throughout the process and solve any questions you may have at any time. We will resend all the necessary documents to you 10 days before your departure, and also send out a paper travel guide to explain the travel process and various precautions in detail, providing you with a safe and secure travel experience.

Order cancellation

Global five-star hotels have strict cancellation rules, so once a successful reservation is made, if the cancellation is forced outside of 30 days before the trip (excluding certain hotels), a penalty of 20% of the total itinerary fee will be deducted; If a mandatory refund is made within 30 days before the trip (excluding certain islands), a penalty ranging from 50% to 100% will be deducted; Once confirmed, control room orders and group flights are non refundable and non changeable.

Urgent booking

If you book an order for travel within 30 days, it is considered an emergency booking. If you force a refund after booking, we will deduct a penalty ranging from 50% to 100%. Therefore, during the booking process and after successful booking, the order does not support refunds or changes, and our company also needs to receive full payment before we can start booking.

Booking failed

Due to the fact that five-star hotels worldwide are sold globally, there may be a situation where a room check shows availability one minute before booking, but the room is not confirmed after booking. If this situation occurs, our company provides a solution for you to choose from: changing the travel time, changing the booked room type, changing the hotel, or a full refund and cancellation of the transaction.

contract issue

Our clients are mainly online customers, distributed throughout the country. Customers in Chengdu can directly come to their doorstep to sign contracts; For customers from other regions, we will draft a contract, stamp it with the company seal, scan it and send it to the customer. The customer can print it out, sign it, scan or take a photo and send it back. They can also request to mail the original contract.

flight issue

After the issuance of individual tickets, if refunds or changes are required, they shall be executed according to the airline's refund and change standards; Once the team ticket is confirmed, it will not be refunded or changed. If the flight is delayed due to weather conditions or uncontrollable factors, we are responsible for assisting the customer in continuous communication with the airline, but we are not responsible for compensation liability. Airline tickets are our value-added service and we do not currently offer single ticket services. We hope for your understanding.

Special requirements

All hotel agents are unable to specify the hotel's room number and location when booking a room. If you have such a requirement, please inform our company in a timely manner, and we will leave a note to the hotel when making the reservation. Alternatively, you can send an email to the hotel after the confirmation letter is received, and the hotel will make arrangements at its discretion. However, we cannot guarantee that we will agree to such requests.
